About Rutik Gugale
I am a digital marketing specialist based in Dubai, and I run Scaldora. My work covers lead generation, paid media, SEO and marketing automation, mostly for real estate.
Why Scaldora exists
Working in Dubai real estate marketing, I kept seeing the same thing: good people spending hours every week typing the same replies, copying leads between tools and building reports by hand. Those hours have a price, and most businesses never add it up. Scaldora exists to find those hours, automate the repeat work behind them, and count the hours given back.
What I have built
I have built a lead auto response system for property enquiries using Claude, with Property Finder connected as a lead source. I work with CRMs such as Bitrix24, Zoho and Leadrat, and with tools including Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Shopify, WordPress and Pabbly.
Background
- BSc in Computer Engineering.
- Platform certifications across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Campaign Manager 360 and Display and Video 360.
- Experience in paid search, paid social, analytics with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and CRM to sales handover.
How I work
Every project starts by measuring one person's week and ends by measuring it again. If the hours do not go down, the automation did not work. That before and after count is the whole point.
